As it has been some time since i wrote here. I thought that this was a good time to do it in.
I decided to use one of my other passions in life, coffee. (And for once in a very long time im actually completly out of beer in my cooler :))
Today im having a nice cup of Costa Rica Tarrazú.
The coffee is very smooth and well balanced. One could say booring, but it has a nice and complex profile with a beatutifull aroma. Also is quite high in acidity.
This coffee is one of my personal favorites atm, along with some of the Ethiopan ones as yirga and harar.
